Bespoke Embroidery Service
Some garments are too personal to replace. A uniform from a career. A jacket from a team. A piece you've held onto for years, waiting for the right moment to make it mean something permanent.
Our bespoke service is for those pieces.
How it works
You supply the garment. We supply the craft.
- Get in touch. Email us at embrodepot@gmail.com or call +1 562-708-5261 to discuss your project. Tell us what you have, what you want, and your timeline.
- Send us your artwork. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG. If you only have a napkin sketch or an old patch, we can work with that too — we'll advise on what's achievable.
- Ship or drop off your garment. Send your item to our Compton location, or drop it off in person at 416 E Banning St, Compton, CA 90222. We'll confirm receipt and give you a production date.
- We stitch and return it. Once your design is digitized and approved, we stitch it. Then we inspect it. Then we ship it back — or you pick it up.
What we can embroider on
We work on most fabric types — cotton, polyester, canvas, denim, nylon, leather (limited). If you're unsure whether your garment is suitable, reach out before shipping. Some materials (very thin fabrics, waterproof membranes) require special handling or may not be suitable for embroidery.
Pricing
Bespoke pricing depends on stitch count, number of placements, design complexity, and any digitizing requirements. Most single-placement bespoke projects start at $35–$65 per piece. Contact us for an exact quote.
No minimums
There is no minimum order quantity on bespoke projects. One piece is welcome.
