By placing an order with Stitch Depot Inc ("we," "us," "our") you agree to the following terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.

Artwork and intellectual property

By uploading artwork or a logo, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use that artwork for embroidery production, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from artwork provided by customers.

Custom order policy

Custom embroidered orders are non-refundable except in cases of our production error. Once artwork is approved and production begins, cancellations are not accepted. If we make an error in your order, we will remake or refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Turnaround and delays

Our standard turnaround is 7 business days from artwork approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Rush orders are offered subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
