Shipping

Free shipping threshold

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $150 within the United States. Orders under $150 are charged actual carrier rates calculated at checkout.

Canada shipping

We ship to Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Production and shipping timeline

Our standard production time is 7 business days from artwork approval. Shipping transit time is additional (typically 2–5 business days depending on your location). Rush production (3–5 business days) is available — contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Returns and remakes

Custom embroidered orders

Because every order is made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom embroidered items. If we made an error — wrong placement, wrong thread color, wrong garment size or style — we will remake or refund your order at no cost to you. Contact us at embrodepot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Blank (undecorated) items

Undecorated items may be returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return authorization before shipping anything back.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a resolution.
